​Tim Morell began his career working as a tech in the San Francisco theater scene before switching his interest to writing screenplays.  During his writing career he was represented by some of the Industry's top agencies including Sanford/Gross, The Agency, and APA.  He optioned several scripts, wrote on both spec and assignment, and had scripts appear on the "must read" list of several Studios.

While pursuing his writing career he also worked as a Book Buyer and Manager in several of the top Independent Bookstores in Los Angeles including Book Soup, Samuel French and Skylight Books.

In 2004 he returned to the Film Industry as a Producer's Rep and, in that capacity, helped place films with HBO, Showtime, Lifetime, TCM and with a number of DVD Distributors and Foreign Sales Agents.

When Dark Reigns Fall was the first script Mr. Morell ever wrote and became the foundation of what is now known as the Swordbearer Saga.  He is currently at work adapting the scripts into novels.  For information on Mr. Morell's other projects please follow the link below.
